Electrostatic mobile purifiers suitable for the extraction of fumes and dry dust during the course of metal welding processes, and the extraction of plastic-material thermal welding fumes.
They can be combined with articulated extraction arms or flexible hoses with extraction nozzles.
The filter system consists of metallic mechanical filters and of easy-wash two-stage electrostatic cells, which do not require spare parts.
They are equipped with a non-resettable hour counter as required by prevailing legislation.
During welding processes, they can be equipped with a automatic start/shut-down device that can be combined with an gripper with an electromagnetic sensor or an optical sensor mounted to the extraction nozzle and, on request, an electrostatic blockage detector can be mounted to monitor the degree of the filter system’s efficiency.
